I tried to solve the mutagen puzzle but I am missing 4 mutagens. You can access it using the elevator in the protected area in Institute of Tchort, by: 1. I still have Mediant Samuel's last quest (I'm pretty certain I've done all other possible quests), which should give me 3 points more for the quest itself, plus 2 for the Toy Robot Oddity, which puts me to 21/64. I'm using the oddity XP system and I've reached Level 29, and currently I have 16/64 XP needed to reach level 30. I'm playing through the game for my second time through, first time on dominating.
